Dear Parents and Students,

Welcome to Clay High School. Clay is a premier learning community that has a long tradition of student and staff accomplishments. Clay was established in 1927 and had 21 students in the first graduating class in 1930. Currently, CHS is considered a comprehensive high school that offers career and technical programs, honors courses, Advanced Placement courses, and participation in the College Credit Plus program. Our faculty and staff are dedicated to continually improving Clay High School and helping all students reach their full potential. We are here to make four years of high school successful and educationally challenging for every student. In addition to the quality curricular offerings, Clay offers 24 boys and girls varsity sports and is a member of the Ohio High School Athletic Association (OHSAA) and the Three Rivers Athletic Conference (TRAC). Furthermore, CHS offers various clubs and extracurricular activities available to all students after school hours. One of our most popular co-curricular activities is band, which is known as one of the best bands in Northwest Ohio. Clay High School is the place to be!

Best wishes to all of our students and Eagle families.
